Flat has all mod cons, alarm and super fast wireless broadband. The building has secure entry, bike lock up and is very quiet, although there is no extra parking and no option for a parking permit. Male or female applicants welcome, all I ask is for you to be clean, tidy and considerate. You'll be sharing with just myself, an easy going early 30's guy working near the centre with ideally a similar working pattern of Mon-Fri, 9-5. Initial contract is short term until late March, with extension possible.
